1. Data Collection

MyCover - AI Song Maker - Music Generator and its subsidiaries ("3B Products", "we", "our" or "us") develops, publishes and operates social games and mobile applications ("Services"). We collect four main categories of data:

• Automatically collected data: IP address, device identifiers, game statistics, preferences, operating system info, in-app activity, and diagnostic data.
• Data you provide: Account details, support messages, email address, purchase info, and any data you share via in-game chat or social sign-in.
• Third-party data (Facebook, Google, Apple): Public profile, email, friends list, and other data you've made public on those platforms.
• Transaction data: Non-financial purchase details such as your name, billing address, and items purchased — financial data is handled by platform providers (Apple, Google, Facebook).

2. Data Uses

We process your data based on: performance of contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal compliance. Uses include:

• Providing, operating, and improving our Services.

You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the app. This permanently removes your playing history, purchase info, and associated data. Deletion is irreversible. If you have multiple game accounts, request deletion for each separately.

• Law enforcement: We may disclose data in response to legal orders or national security requirements.
• Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, advertising, fraud detection, and support partners — bound to process data only per our instructions.
• Third-party integrations: Facebook, Google, Apple — governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Affiliates & Acquisitions: Data may be shared within our corporate family or transferred in a merger/acquisition with prior notice.

6. Communications

We send mandatory service communications (billing, updates) which cannot be opted out of. Promotional communications can be stopped at any time by contacting jharre53@gmail.com or following the unsubscribe instructions.
